Set your alarm each day so that you will have time to do the following:
Upon waking and before opening your eyes, always express gratitude for being given a life, a body that works, and good health;
Then meditate for no less than 30 minutes;
Exercise your body for no less than 30 minutes;
Practice good nutrition in eating breakfast;
When you look in the mirror affirm aloud that you are a good person and that everything is working out for your highest good;
Do your work by giving it the best you have;
Show appreciation and tolerance for every person with whom you come in contact;
Eat good nourishing food during your snacks and daily meals;
Before going to bed, read something inspirational;
Try all of this for just one day, and see how much better it makes you feel.
