When you are ill or injured, don’t ever resign yourself to the condition, but by accepting it allows energy to be freed for other things in your life;
See the condition as a source for growth like a salamander that loses its tail and grows another one;
View your condition as a positive redirection in your life by not judging what happens to you;
Develop an understanding that death is not a failure but is a further step, because if staying alive is your goal, then one day you will surely fail;
Learn to love yourself and develop peace of mind – there is a difference in ego and self-esteem;
Believe that you are a worthwhile person and are here to give something good to the world;
Obtaining peace of mind, being accepting and forgiving, and learning to love is not only the best way to live, but also the best way to get over any illness or injury;
Don’t spend your life worrying about death because you should spend the time living and enjoying life to the fullest;
Remember you achieve immortality through love.
