1. Exercise discipline over your thoughts, emotions, and actions.
2. Strive to have a closer relationship with God and a closer relationship with your true nature.
3. Live a natural, wholesome, uncomplicated life and nurture your physical health.
4. Strive to get beyond your ego and practice humility.
5. Cultivate and use your intellectual powers and intuition to determine your true self.
6. Meditate regularly in order to bring about physical relaxation, mental and emotional calmness, and a clear state of awareness.
